Fairground

As an emerging artist I said yes to painting anything and found decorating fairground rides an exciting challenge.

The unusual wooden helter skelter with its royalist theme stood 45 foot high and was made up of 60 panels. They were painted in traditional exterior gloss paint, I learned how to do faux marbling techniques on this job.

The 'legs and arms', guillotine and dracula are from a ghost train ride.
